Description

The 2026 Homeschool State Championship Tournament will be hosted in Corpus Christi Texas.

Cost $625 per team.  3 game guarantee

Officiating included

Homeschool teams only.

Admission:

Day Pass: 10$ for adults, 5$ for 11 and under. Military 5$ with ID.

Wrist bands must be put on in the presence of the gate attendant.

Broken wristbands may not be honored to re-enter the park.

Up to three coaches per team may sign in and enter a tournament without paying gate fee.


Food and Drink:

No outside food, drink, or coolers permitted in park premises. No colored drinks or food are permitted on fields.


NO GUM, SEEDS, SHELLS, TOBACCO, CIGARETTES/E-CIGARETTES, SPEAKERS


Profanity:

Legacy sports reserves the right to remove anyone from park premises for use of obscene language or unsportsmanlike conduct.


Player Attire:

No metal spikes


Highschool boys:  Division 1 & 2  varsity / Subvarsity

Age - players must be less than 19 years old on September 1st preceding the contest.  Ineligible players will be ejected. Team will have to forfeit the game. Teams must have proof of age.

All pool play games will be 1 hour 50 minutes in length or 7 innings, whichever comes first.

No new inning will start unless there is more than 5 minutes of gameplay remaining. 

Bracket play will be 1 hour 50 minutes, or 7 innings of play. 

Championship games will be 7 innings

National Federation Baseball Rules apply.

Teams must be in uniforms.  Teams may start with 8 players. No metal spikes.

No music / Bluetooth speakers.

EH and DH allowed

Courtesy runner for catcher and pitcher, must be last out or extra player

Only players on Roster allowed to play

Protest $100

No infield practice before game

Home team will be official scorekeeper and must confirm final game score with umpires

maximum 110 pitches for entire tournament per player.  Any player reaching their pitch count during an inning will be able to finish the batter they are pitching to before they are required substitution.

Each game will need an official pitch counter provided by the home team.  After each game the official pitch counter will report the pitchers totals to the tournament director.

NFHS Baseball Bat Standard - wood bat or BBCOR

Balls - NFHS certified, each team will need to supply 2 game balls prior to game

Teams will need to clean out dugout after each game and promptly leave the dugout/field for the next team to enter.  Any team meetings need to be held in an area that will not impede other teams.

Run rule - 20 runs after 2 innings , 15 after 3, 10 after 5

No refunds after 2 games played.
