INSURANCE: Insurance is no longer required for Fastpitch events. All participants must sign a release form during the roster process.
No Sanctioning Fees, No Team Registration Fees
Format:
If there are 6 or more teams in a division than it is a two day, 4gg, double elimination.
If there are less than 6 the format will be a 3gg one day event
Rule Format:
FASA RULES
NOTE: This is not a FASA-sanctioned event. All rules are in effect with the exception of FASA proprietary contents such as points, board of directors, division class, etc.
Food and Drink:
No outside food, drink, or coolers permitted in park premises. No colored drinks or food are permitted on fields.
NO GUM, SEEDS, SHELLS, TOBACCO, CIGARETTES/E-CIGARETTES, SPEAKERS
Profanity:
Legacy sports reserves the right to remove anyone from park premises for use of obscene language or unsportsmanlike conduct.
Player Attire:
No metal spikes
Admission:
Day Pass: 10$ for adults, 5$ for 11 and under. Military 5$ with ID.
Wrist bands must be put on in the presence of the gate attendant.
Broken wristbands may not be honored to re-enter the park.
Up to three coaches per team may sign in and enter a tournament without paying gate fee.
Pets:
No pets are allowed without a leash
PAP FEES (Two Officials):
8U: 1:15 $25 (one man crew)
10u, 12u, 14u: 1:15 $45 (two man Crew)
Refund Policy:
Team Registration: A team who pays the registration and drops out may receive a credit for a future tournament.
Admission: Park admission is non-refundable
Rain/Weather:
The Tournament Director reserves the right to delay, shorten, reschedule or cancel games.
In the event of game cancellation; the highest remaining seed in the tournament will be declared the winner with a minimum of two games played by each team in the division.
A team may not receive a refund after two games played.
